Hanno Decoutere

Hanno Decoutere advises private individuals in the field of tax law and asset planning, and this with a special focus on direct taxes, donation and inheritance tax. From that aspect, he assists them in the field of (re)structuring their assets and companies, as well as in any consultation with the tax authorities (e.g. the ruling phase). Hanno also published extensively on the application of the general anti-abuse provision in the field of inheritance planning.

Hanno has a master’s degree in law (University of Gent – cum laude) and a master’s degree in tax law (University of Gent – magna cum laude) and is a member of the Bar of Ghent.
