Maarten focuses mainly on advising in the context of family and estate law, as well as succession planning.

He holds a master’s degree in Law (Ghent University – magna cum laude) and a master’s degree in the notarial profession (KU Leuven – cum laude). He is a member of the Bar of West Flanders.
